Over the years that have I much learned about healthy eating, working out and "anti aging". Unfortunately, it took a lot of trial and error, wasted a ton of money and a lot of wasted time and energy.
In 2002 I weighed approximately 255 lbs and was in the worst shape of my life. I could go even somewhere, because I had looked to move feel, to be seen due to the way I was. I couldn't figure out why I could never take after high school. I believe in the high school I was in great shape. I was an athlete and I had many compliments on the way I saw.
But 2002 was different...
250 + Pounds I was a very unhealthy weight. The muscles that I had won my career sports had vanished and turned into fat. Had I do something, but what do?
I bought a diet book... I won't lie, I can even remember the name of this book. It was not value that mention that's for sure. Again I could a different diet. It was not easy for me. I was just about to give up.
But then I just happened to stumble in a book that sold online while searching for something else. Through the sales letter of book I realized something... this guy keeps telling me to more food. I thought to myself: "is this not the reason all this I gained weight in the first place?".
So I reading... was not kept the letter he telling me about a session eat more. This guy was saying I need but smaller meals more often - to eat. He told me that my "Metabolismsms" (hey, I didn't know what was it the hell,!) would accelerate. And although I had no idea what that meant the word - he it sound like it was a good thing.
So was I going...
But I also started reading through forums, which were large companies owned by named magazine. These forums had 100,000 + members to you and were full of information. I studied the posts in the forum for hours every day.
Then I ran into a post that I found interesting. Cardio workout I had done my whole life, but never really felt like something I had done. But this post was talking about the work, if you woke up. So I gave that a shot to. I lost 3 pounds the first week about. Not bad.
I stopped drinking soda about 2 weeks earlier. Remember...
So this time I was 5-6 smaller meals per day eat drink nothing but water and take a nice walk when I woke up in the morning.
2 1/2 Months I lost 45 kg. After 3 months I was down to 198 lbs.
The funny thing is - I went on holiday back to my home state of California and I ate like a pig, drank a ton of beer and... lost another 5 lbs in 2 weeks. Never worked. Never ate directly. The metabolic thing had done me good!
But eventually I got my weight in 2004 after a bad breakup with a girl friend. I mean – I don't win all back... but I gained 20 lbs. I was up approximately 225 lbs.
I stayed at this weight by January 2007, when I bought a book that I consider the best book I ever bought in my life. Finally I bought another program, this doctor had created and I absolutely love it.
I learned how to eat healthier not only to lose weight, but gain muscle spa feeling more energetic, etc, etc, anti aging etc..
I think that is why most people in your diet including me fail. Are you for the quick results … how to lose 10 pounds. But what if you gain it all back? Front start? This is not healthy!
I used fast food love. I loved to drink beer, and I loved my cigarettes, junk food, etc.
But now... I can't stand not eating healthy. I really can't. I have found ways to make really good shakes that taste like... well, junk food. But you're not! They are very healthy. Found I have recipes that taste so much better than fast food. I discovered drinks which have much more flavor and kick as Coca-Cola or Pepsi or mountain dew.
While you might have been through a lot of diets and failed--it is likely due to the fact that you were on a "temporary diet" you make feel not comfortable. Food were not good, there was no good "treated" and it was just not worth it at the end.
Finding a good program is hard, not I want lies. It took years, my favorite finding. But in the end, the diet is good for your health? Aid food in the anti-aging? Taste good? Are the programs, exercise boring or too much?
Keep looking, I suspect it involves one, you get back on track and help you live longer!
