Welcome back to part 2 a 5-part series of articles on Chia seed. Last time I touched on and took you, Chia, and some of its wonderful properties.
Today I'll focus still on the use of Chia, and the role you can play with diabetes and sugar highs and lows, we later in the day to experience. There is so much information out there, I will focus and which can be important facts and benefits that used and can be implemented immediately in our lives.
America today, most of our population is exposed to sophisticated dishes. Much of our food selections are processed and filled with corn syrup and hidden sugar. Fast food restaurants are the number is growing. Is America the King of fast, processed and refined foods, right? Well, Yes and no, I say this, because research max.Durcsh.Preis is the refined dishes wave of America in European countries such as Italy and all of Asia is thriving. The many wonderful reports of low diabetes and cardio vascular diseases that were at their lowest level in these countries are now modified with problems, which is growing at an alarming rate, the new generation of children are now exposed to this way of eating.
In addition our children exposed to are now in the world of the Internet and phone texting. Who searches for this technology is the problem of obesity and diabetes compounding. Children do not receive proper exercise, you are addicted to the screen and the lack of movement, with refined foods, is composed, in my opinion, silent new age atomic bomb.
That is why today we have an alarming growth of obesity and an accelerating increase of onset diabetes. This is a disease that you used to call "adult diabetes" because it was found only in the later years of adulthood. We are now, that children from 5 years old, are diagnosed with diabetes and find, the data indicate that I have been researching, I believe this figure will double over the next decade, sure.
So where does Chia fit into our lifestyle in the war on diabetes? Well firstly, let me say that what I said about my research and view nutrition: there is no magic pill or food, but there are certain foods and compounds, properly made, that can make a difference, and Chia, based on all of my research is certainly one of you.
Here's what William Anderson, expert on Chia applications when I asked him about how Chia part in controlling onset diabetes and provision of normal blood sugar told me.
Eating whole foods, foods with structural soluble and dietary fibre increases cell sensitivity to insulin, preventing excessive secretion and optimize the uptake of glucose by the liver and other tissues, which in turn unhealthy levels of blood sugar prevents. Chia seed's structural integrity has the ability to set the tree again in refined dishes. Chia's rich protein supports healthy blood sugar. Proteins slow absorption allowing slows the release of sugar in the blood, insulin, his job of maintaining to do balanced blood sugar by the conversion of carbohydrates.
Weight control is another advantage to slow Chia's ability, digestion and the conversion of carbohydrates into sugar. The slow release allows you to take the liver excess glucose as glycogen are released of glucose, stored as required to prevent that a dangerous drop in blood sugar. As glycogen is released, it maintains optimal energy levels that cause to burn the body to its stores of fat. These results support weight management by reducing the need to store fat and, at the same time burn fat.
Bill also went on to say, based on customer response of those with diabetes, his research suggests three tablespoons of Chia take gel (water of soaked seed in a 9-1-water seed weight ratio), with every meal. Soak Chia is very important. It is the structural integrity of the seed, absorb it more than 14 times weight in water, which slows down the conversion of carbohydrates into sugar as well as providing better assimilation all foods you eat. If possible, it is best to enjoy for 24 hours before use (because of Chia's rich antioxidant profile, it will hold up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator after hydrated). A more complete digestion of the food you eat, offers the greatest potential for increased food intake, which supports healthy metabolic reactions.
According to Marion gray President and store owner of natural Remi teas to the located 6432 North Ridge Road Madison Ohio 44057 (866-428-0575)
I have to my customers for over seven years seed use and sale of Chia. I have suggested that my clients use Chia in gel form in the shakes and baked goods and dry, sprinkled on hot cereals etc..... I've found that many of my diabetic clients have type one and two diabetes type remarkably responded, the inclusion of Chia in your diet. Marion also continued to say that customers have the hypo - and hyper Glycaemia positive results reported with Chia, find that the highs and deep during the day much less and better controlled after consuming Chia.
I've also used Chia personally and noticed that my blood sugar levels very controlled and continuously throughout the day. I've found that if sweet fruits such as oranges and mangoes, exhausted after the consumption of Chia, my blood sugar not spike, as you would yourself to eat. Chia has a way of slowing down the transformation of sugar into the body.
As you can see, Chia has a very interesting history and has enormous potential and advantages for diabetics and those, who struggle with erratic glucose levels throughout the day. Below I've provided a very simple recipe with Chia. Stay tuned next time for part three:
